Working principle of Bonner electrode humidifier
Electrode humidifiers generally use automated control methods, sensing changes in environmental humidity through a humidity sensor. According to pre-set control parameters, when the environmental humidity is lower than the pre-set low humidity value, the humidity sensor sends a humidification signal to the controller. After receiving the humidification signal, the controller first opens the inlet solenoid valve to allow tap water to enter the humidification tank. The water level in the tank continues to rise and comes into contact with the electrified electrode rod. The current uses the ions present in the tap water to form a circuit, and the high-intensity current causes the water in the electrode tank to quickly heat up to boiling, producing a large amount of water vapor that is output to the receiving environment through the steam delivery pipe, increasing the environmental humidity. With the output of steam, the water level in the humidification tank continues to decrease. At this time, the controller will open the inlet solenoid valve again to replenish tap water. When the controlled environment humidity reaches the pre-set value, the electrode humidifier will automatically clean the humidification bucket and turn off standby.

1. Environmental temperature requirement: above 5 degrees Celsius and below 40 degrees Celsius.
2. Environmental humidity requirement: The usage environment humidity must be less than 85RH.

4. Use clean tap water or softened water that is not replaced with industrial salt as the water source for humidification. (Conductivity 125~1250us/cm2, water hardness not exceeding 30 German degrees)
5. Water supply pressure: If the pressure is greater than 0.1 megapascals and lower than 0.5 megapascals, a pressure reducing valve should be equipped for excessively high inlet pressure.
